1/4 cup mayonnaise
a few shakes of hot sauce to (my favorite is the classic Frank's sauce)
1 1/2 tablespoons zesty bagel spice + more to sprinkle on before cooking
2 1/2 pounds of chicken wings (approx 20)
Mix together mayo, hot sauce and bagel spice in a large bowl. Add raw chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate overnight (giving them a toss at some point if you think of it to redistribute the marinade about halfway through)
Arrange wings on a broiler pan and shake a little more bagel spice over the wings, bake for about 45 minutes at 400, turning them halfway through (you could also throw these on the grill).
Serve with bleu cheese for dipping.
Look yummy! Never tried spicing up chicken like this before xoxo
