I came across this really interesting article on Neatorama that explains how different Hollywood studios got their logos as well as the evolution of their icons over time. Who is the boy on the moon at Dreamworks? And why a lion for MGM?

I love seeing evolutions of logos, and hearing the stories behind them. And that little boy in the Dreamworks logo is infamous!
