Sweet Orange Butter

I am loving flavored butter lately, it's so easy to whip up, and it's such a great way to add a special something extra to a good piece of bread (toasted or not). And mixing fruit into butter makes it a health food, right?

This is seriously delicious stuff.

Sweet Orange Butter (adapted from here)
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest

Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth and incorporated. That's it!
